Q: Are resin bongs safe to smoke out of?
A: Glass bongs that are coated in heat resistant resin with the correct precautions taken are safe to smoke from. We use heat resistant resin and avoid getting resin in or around any holes. As long as there is no direct flame to the resin it is completely safe.
Q: Are resin ashtrays safe to use?
A: Our resin ashtrays are made with heat resistant resin and when used correctly are safe. Make sure that you ONLY put cooled ash in the tray and nothing that is still lit. You can tap off the excess ash into our ashtrays and can rest your joint/blunt into the side ridges without putting the lit end directly onto the tray. Even heat resistant resin produces toxic fumes with direct flame, so please be safe and tap off your ash into these trays!
Resin Product Upkeep
Q: What precautions should I take to keep my resin products clean and help them last?
A: Keep your resin pieces out of direct sunlight as much as possible as resin yellows over time with direct sunlight. You can clean your resin products with soap and warm water, but do not fully submerge anything made of resin in water or soak them! Fully dry your resin product after cleaning it to avoid damage.
Q: How do I clean my resin bong?
A: To clean the outside of the bong, you can scrub it with soap and rinse with warm water. Immediately dry the outside of the bong after it's clean as to not damage the resin layers. Do not fully submerge your bong into water and let it soak.
To clean the inside of the bong, you can clean it as you would a regular glass bong, with bong cleaning solution or isopropyl alcohol and salt. Plug all of the holes in the bong, use your chosen bong cleaner, shake and then soak for 10-20 minutes. Rinse after with warm water and make sure the outside of the bong is patted dry.
Q: What do I do if my resin tray is bent?
A: If your resin tray bends it is probably due to hot temperatures during shipping. To fix a bent tray, put it under a large, heavy and flat object that covers the whole tray for at least 24 hours. This will reshape your tray to be good as new!

Q: How long is will my order take to ship?
A: Orders take 1-2 weeks to process and 1-5 days to arrive to US residents once shipped. You will get an email with your USPS tracking number the day your order is dropped off at the post office.
Q: Can I purchase from Ganj Fairy Co if I'm not located in the US?
A: Yes you can! We can ship worldwide, however we only list the US as an option due to vast differences in shipping prices depending on what country you are based in.
